➔ Aprendre tècniques adequades per a controlar l'e e-mail i evitar que ens domini i saturi.
➔ Establir criteris de “revisar”, “processar” i “classificar” e e-mails.
➔ Saber usar estratègicament el “Assumpte:”, “Per a…”, “CC..” i “regles i carpetes” de classificació
➔ Aprendre a crear barreres entre l'urgent, l'important i l'informatiu.
